We, here in our country, put somebody in office [Donald Trump] who is utterly incapable of managing this pandemic [and] utterly disinterested in managing this pandemic ... He has no empathy and no critical thinking skills in this area. He was a guy who portrayed himself as rich and sat on a gold throne, and Americans were fooled.
